Please note that the prices in the On Line Shop relate to the On Line Shop only and to no other sale outlet.

Ordering
Simply send your order by; e-mail or through the post, the items and quantities, specifying colours or selections if applicable. It is not possible to take orders over the telephone.
We now also have a check out facility with this On-Line shop.
Enclose payment including the P&P, or if you wish to pay by Pay Pal, this can be arranged, just contact us with order and a Pay pal Payment request will be sent.

Unless otherwise stated, actual content, colour or other description, will relate to the overall item and not neccessaraly compound ; eg. Silver cutlery would be the colour of the item and not a preciouse metal. Glass effect may by a acrylic structure and may not be glass etc.

Payment Methods
i] Cheque or Postal Order, British Sterling, please allow up to 6 clear working days for reciept and clearance.
ii] Pay Pal, a Pay pal invoice request will be sent to you. Orders can be sent more quickly.

Dispatch Times
Upon cleared payment your order will be sent to as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 days. In cases where items are hand made, dispatch times may be longer, but you will be notified of any delays. As postage method is via Royal Mail, then I can not accept any responsibility for dealys due to industrial action by the service provider.

Post service used is Royal Mail 1st Class recorded. Items are well packed for safe keeping of your goods.
Up to £25.00 + P&P = £5.95
£25.01 to £50.00 + P&P = £7.95
£50.01 to £75.00 + P&P = £8.95
£75.01 to £125.00 + P&P = £9.95
£125.01 and over + P&P = £10.95
Please note, that for certain, bulky or heavier items such as clay or wood etc, then, postage charges will differ, you will be notified prior to your order being dispatched. Also, i want to be fair and in cases where postages is in excess of the cost of the package sent, I am happy to offer a partial refund on the p&p excess after costs.
If you are requiring a next day delivery, then please let me know, there will be an additional cost of £5.90 for this.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
I want you to be happy with the goods ant the service that I offer.
Under the Consmuer Protection DSR 2000, you have at 7 days after the day you have recieved the goods to return the goods for a refund or exchange;
1] If goods are not as expected or you are unhappy about them or generally wish to return, then please contact me first. Any returns, then the item smust be in the unused/un opened condition that they were first sent. That appropriate safe/secure postage using Recorded delivery is used. The cost of this will be at the sellers expense.
2] In case of damaged/ missing, lost or broken, please contact me first within 48 hrs, keep all original packaging as I may need this for proof in any claims dispute. I am happy to refund, replace or exchange where possible.
3] In cases where you have simply changed your mind, then please see section 1. If goods are returned/recieved by me in any other condition than that stated, then such costs will deducted from any refund to be made.
